The very first Liberty Walk BMW M4 in Hong Kong received great feedback for its aggressive styling and street presence. Wherever it went, people would turn their heads and look in awe as they couldn’t believe how wide and menacing this car was.
To achieve the “proper look” for widebody cars, they have to sit really close to the ground and Airrex Digital Air Suspensions brings this BMW Inline-6 Turbo to new low.
To alleviate the sound problem that has plagued the new M3/M4, Armytrix exhaust was chosen for its top-notch fitment and finishing. With the valves open, it’s essentially a straight pipe all the way back from the turbo, but with the valves closed, it is just as quiet as the stock exhaust.
With the stock exhaust, the car was dyno’d at 427.2HP. With the Armytrix catback system (stock downpipes), it made 450.4HP. 23HP gained is not too shabby considering the restrictive stock downpipe and cats are still in there.
To install the Liberty Walk kit, technician made precision cuts into the front and rear fender and mounted the carbon fiber front lip, carbon fiber side blades, carbon fiber rear spoiler, carbon fiber rear diffuser, over fenders and rear bumper skirt. Finally, PUR wheels were commissioned to build a custom forged 20″ LG20 with matte bronze, chrome face, and candy apple red gloss step lip, pulling the entire look together.
