OBD Check:
1. Check whether OBD dongle lights up.
2.Turn on car engine and wait for the lighting of the OBD dongle for 15 seconds. If light of the OBD dongle turns off after as seconds, it indicates that OBD dongle goes into sleep mode, and data of your car is not detecte. Please try plugging the OBD dongle directly to the OBD port without splitter cable, or try plugging OBD dongle on to other car to test its functionality.
